Early Bird Registration

Early Bird registration rates are available until the published Early Bird registration deadline. To qualify for the discounted rate, payment must be received by that date, or post marked if paying by check.  Registrations with payment received after the Early Bird deadline will be charged the standard registration rate.

Payments

Full payment must be received prior to attending the event.

Payment by check will be accepted through the published refund deadline. Checks must be received or postmarked by that date. After the refund deadline, only credit card payments will be accepted.

Refunds & Cancellations

To be eligible for a refund, registration cancellations must be submitted by the published refund deadline. After the refund deadline, all registrations are final and non-refundable. Sponsorship packages are non-refundable. Participants who do not attend the event and do not cancel by the refund deadline remain responsible for the full registration fee. If payment has not been received, the full registration balance will remain due.
